www.greystoneds.com offers a recycling service through the Greystone Recycling Program. The service is available for free and is available to customers in the United States .

Product Eligibility: www.greystoneds.com will accept recycling notebooks and tablets from Greystone Data Systems, Inc., except products contaminated or suspected of being contaminated with chemicals, biological agents, or other substances that are not integral to the original new equipment or otherwise associated with normal office or household environments. www.greystoneds.com will not accept hazardous waste. www.greystoneds.com will not accept batteries that are not an integral part of the system being recycled, UPS systems, only Notebook and Tablet computers are accepted at this time.

Recycling Quantity: There is no limit to the quantity of goods that qualified purchasers are eligible to recycle.

NOTICE REGARDING CUSTOMER DATA: www.greystoneds.com has no responsibility for loss or confidentiality of customer data on recycled equipment. Before shipping equipment for recycling, the customer should (a) delete data on the hard-disk drives and any other storage devices in the products; (b) back up or transfer any data prior to deletion; and (c) remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs, or PC Cards. Any received customer data will be permanently erased in the first stage of test. If the storage media is non-functional it will be physically destroyed to prevent the recover any customer data.

Once the hardware has been shipped, www.greystoneds.com cannot return it to the sender. Participation in this program constitutes a relinquishment of all rights to and in the hardware and other computer materials sent to PowerON.

Limitation of Liability: www.greystoneds.com has arranged these third-party services as an accommodation and accepts no liability to any person for any services performed in connection with the recycling offered in these terms, and specifically disclaims liability for lost profits, loss of business, or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

www.greystoneds.com is not responsible for printing errors. www.greystoneds.com reserves the right to change without notice the Terms and Conditions, or end the offer at any time , modify the offer, or end the offer at any time without notice.

Typographical Errors: In the event a product contains typographical error, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the product descriptions, pricing and availability, www.greystoneds.com shall have the right to refuse any orders placed for the product listed. www.greystoneds.com shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed.
